The film tells the story of David (played by Chan Chan Man) who becomes a confidant and business partner with Diamond (played by Michelle Wai) after breaking up with Margaret (played by Liu Ziyu) and opens a dumpling shop, with the woman taking care of the house and the man taking care of the outside. Margaret also starts a new relationship and falls in love with the famous chef Lit-Fire (played by Fu Mengbo). Just when Margaret and David thought that a new chapter in their lives had been opened, they did not know that their fate was subtly linked together.
