This is a SF manga with super powers as the theme, fantasy and supernatural elements intertwined, and fighting elements are also added to the work. The first part mainly tells the story of the protagonist Urushiba Rinka, who lives a poor life. One day, when she was tracking penguins flying in the sky, she encountered a school of glowing fish swimming in the sky. Rinka, who came into contact with them, unexpectedly gained super powers (ESP). After that, she and her senior Tokyo Taro, who also gained ESP, dealt with various incidents caused by super powers. The protagonist of the second part is Jōmaku Ren, a first-year student in the high school department of ESP Academy. The story takes place one year and four months after the battle with the professor.
