100 years later, vampire Ryan arrives in the town of Deliverance, Montana, where many cowboy vampires have emerged. These cowboys are led by a kid named Billy, who vows to create their own kingdom. Billy brutally kills people in the town and rounds up children. He lives out his life as "Newton Pyles" as reported by the Chicago Chronicle. Ryan joins forces with Pat Garret, a faithless preacher from a place thought to have disappeared called Brimstone, who lives a low profile as Franson, to stop Billy and show the world how the West can be won.
