KARAS Story Summary In the city that never sleeps, Shinjuku, people have long forgotten the monsters around them, and everyone lives a flashy and decadent life. These two overlapping worlds have been maintained in order by Yuriyone and Crow since ancient times; however, this balance has begun to tilt, and Crow, who should have given up everything and become a street servant, suddenly calls himself "Kaixiang" and begins to take revenge on humans. Several strange murders have occurred on the streets, and the murderer is a mechanized monster called "Goza-zu" who has obtained a new body through Kaixiang. At this time, two men appeared on the platform of Shinjuku Station. One was Wu, an elite police inspector dispatched from the headquarters to investigate a bizarre murder case, and the other was a wandering monster named Yan who returned to Shinjuku to defeat Huixiang. Due to the common sense norms of human society, Wu has been unable to find clues to solve the case; in contrast, _ successfully tracked down Kappa, one of the members of the Imperial Throne.
