Plot:
Due to suspected use of guns to threaten "law-abiding citizens", the patrolman Juchuan Linger (played by Toma Ikuta), who graduated from the police academy with the worst grades in history, was formally announced to be dismissed by the director Jiu Jianlufu (played by Fukikoshi Mitsuru). When he was furious, he learned that he had been selected as an undercover and sneaked into the Sukiyaya Club, the number one gang in Kanto, to collect evidence of the president Hong Zhoubao (played by Iwaki Koichi) manipulating the manufacture and trafficking of drugs. After being tortured and ravaged by the devil coach Mr. Ichimi (played by Endo Kenichi), Linger was completely renewed from beginning to end and walked into the club controlled by the Sukiyaya Club, where he met his lifelong brother with blood-Wakatoru Hiura Masaya (played by Shinichi Tsutsumi) of the Akoyi Group, who was known as the crazy butterfly. When he finally stepped into the door of the underworld, the Feng Naocha Club from Kansai conspired to provoke a big war between the East and the West underworld. Standing at the cusp of the storm, Linger had no chance to withdraw at this time... This film is adapted from the manga of the same name by Noboru Takahashi.
