Netflix has found success with supernatural stories through the disappearance of children in "Stranger Things" and "Prescience", and now it intends to continue to replicate this model. "Dark" tells a family saga about supernatural forces. The story is set in a small German town in the present day. The disappearance of two children reveals the double lives and broken relationships of four families. The series consists of ten episodes, each one hour, telling the story of the supernatural forces that connect the town to the past in 1986.
