Sanbianpo is a tropical exotic land where all kinds of people live together, a mottled land of prosperity and decay. Shen Xing (played by Guo Qilin), a migrant worker who accidentally drifts to Sanbianpo, meets Uncle Cai (played by Wu Zhenyu), a peacemaker in Sanbianpo who walks among various forces.
