Jet racing is a sport that is popular in the world where two people, the "thruster" who operates the boat and the "shooter" who uses water guns to attack the opponent, ride on a motorboat and cross the water. Rin Namiaki, whose mother is a legendary thruster and who dreams of becoming a jet racing player, leaves her hometown island and comes to Asakusa, Tokyo. There she meets the iceberg beauty Misa Aoi, and the two become partners. As they compete with their opponents, they gradually deepen their bond with each other.
