Amy Nicholas (Calista Flockhart), a young and beautiful American nurse, was ordered to come to an old charity hospital on the Isle of Wight in the UK to serve as a night nurse here. Prior to this, the children of Charity Hospital were ready to transfer to St. James Hospital with better conditions, but a serious train accident caused St. James to be overcrowded, and Charity's relocation plan was temporarily shelved. When Amy arrived here, she soon noticed the quiet and somewhat mysterious little girl Maggie (Yasmin Murphy). From Maggie's words and the strange behavior of the medical staff, Amy felt that this hospital was hiding unknown secrets. And when night fell, terrible things really happened...
