Plot:
Cassius (Lakeith Stanfield) is a down-and-out but self-respecting young man who lives in his uncle's garage, works in a dead-end telesales job, and is four months behind on rent. His future is bleak. With the help of his colleagues, Cassius discovered a trick to improve his performance, which is to disguise his voice as a white person, which makes his situation in the company a little better. Colleagues launched a strike because of racial discrimination and poor salary. Although Cassius expressed his support for his compatriots' resistance in spirit, he actually cared more about whether he could use this opportunity to get promoted and make a fortune. In the end, Cassius got the opportunity to be promoted, leaving those rebellious colleagues far behind, but as his position rose, he also touched the dark secret core of the company.
