During the day, Karen (played by Liang Huijia) is a dispensable program host on a certain TV channel. At night, she is a "Pu Jing" who often drinks in nightclubs until dawn. Ah Wen (played by Alex Fong) is a small employee of a company. He usually drinks and plays football with his friends when he has nothing to do. He is inconspicuous. By chance, Ah Wen fell in love with Karen. She happily accepted Ah Wen's date and went out with him. He thought love had come, but she regarded Ah Wen as a "Guanyin soldier" who came when called and left when waved. She said that she only regarded him as a good friend, not love. Ah Wen closed himself off. Later, Karen had trouble at work and was thrown around emotionally.
