After 12 years, a writer returns to his birthplace to announce his impending death to his family. Only after reuniting with his family can he feel the love in his heart that cannot be concealed by constant quarrels, while resentment is interpreted in the form of doubt and loneliness. This film is adapted from the play of the same name by Jean-Luc Lagarce.
