After escaping North Korea, Roh Ki-wan (Song Joong-ki) has difficulty obtaining refugee status in Belgium. There, he meets a woman (Choi Seong-eun) who has lost all hope and is depressed. The film is adapted from the novel of the same name by writer Cho Hae-jin.
