The naive and straightforward Dragon Girl (played by Fennie Yuen) tries to learn how to make rain in the human world, and she must transform into a human. She originally wanted to travel around in the prosperous human world, but she was deeply attracted by the kind-hearted Ye Xi (played by Benny Chan), and the two began a "human-dragon love". However, "human-dragon love must be sent by heaven", which led to a lot of problems and got out of control, but they still loved each other.
