In this ever-changing world, detectives hold "Dominators", guns that measure the numerical "crime coefficient" related to crimes, and hunt down "potential criminals" before they commit crimes. This is the third season of the original TV animation "PSYCHO-PASS Psycho-Pass" broadcast in 2012. It is a story about two new surveillance officers. Director Shin Zhuo and Jiong Mikhail Ignatov become detectives of the Public Security Bureau of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, pursuing the truth in this ever-changing world.
