Shetland Mystery is a crime drama starring Douglas Henshall as Detective Jimmy Perez, which aired its first season on BBC1 in 2013. The story of this season is adapted from Ann Cleeves' novel Red Bones. The story takes place on the island of Shetland, while most of the filming was done on the Scottish mainland.
