Plot:
In the modern society that advocates pleasure, drugs have become a headache for the US government. In order to deal with the increasingly serious drug crimes and transactions, the US President launched an anti-drug war plan. The upright Ohio Supreme Court Justice Robert Lewis (played by Mike Douglas) was transferred to become an official of the National Drug Policy Administration.
