In the orderly Kingdom of Aiga, humans follow the teachings of their ancestors and never look up at the sky, letting their thoughts run wild. Legend has it that a long time ago, people on earth challenged creation, resulting in a reversal of gravity, and countless humans and buildings fell into the blue sky and disappeared. However, the strict order and free thinking are bound to conflict. The young boy Aggie (voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto) sneaked into the wild at night, lying on the grass and looking up at the starry night sky. At this moment, a panicked girl appeared at the entrance of the cave behind him. Her name is Patma (voiced by Yukiyo Fujii), and she has a completely opposite gravity field to Aggie. In order to prevent Patma from falling into the air, Aggie carefully took her to the hut for protection. However, the government soon discovered Patma's traces, and the supreme leader mobilized all forces to hunt her down.
