Plot:
In the East, where magic exists, Kiki (Fuuka Koshiba), who has dreamed of becoming a witch since childhood, finally ushered in the full moon night of her 13th birthday. She took her black cat Jiji (voiced by Minako Kotobuki), said goodbye to her father (Michitaka Tsutsui) and mother (Rie Miyazawa), and embarked on a one-year study journey with blessings. After going through hardships, Kiki took a fancy to Creek, a port city standing in the middle of the sea. With a smile on her face, she was accepted by Aunt Sona (Machiko Ono), who runs a bakery, and decided to start her express delivery business here. During this period, she had a misunderstanding with the boy Qingting (Ryohei Hirota) who loves flying machines, and also made many friends through delivery. Unexpectedly, the news that the little hippo in the zoo was sick made her bear the notoriety of curse. Kiki, who was worried, suddenly lost the ability to fly... This film is adapted from the original work of the same name by Kadono Eiko, which was previously made into an animation by Hayao Miyazaki and put on the screen.
