The film tells the story of a newly recruited police officer who fights against the Indian caste system. The title refers to Article 15 of the Indian Constitution: No one shall be discriminated against on the basis of caste, religion or place of birth. On his first day as a police officer, Ayan witnessed a crime in a low-class village in India. The victims were three underage girls. He had to make a choice: to obey the traditional caste system or to listen to the call of his inner instinct and fight for justice.
