The film is set one night in Tokyo, when a runaway boxer named Leo (Masataka Kubota) meets his first love, Monica (Sakurako Konishi), a drug-addicted call girl who is still naive. Unwittingly, Monica is drawn into a drug smuggling scheme, and the two are hunted down by corrupt police, gangsters, Leo's rivals, and a female assassin sent by the triads.
