Plot:
The film is adapted from the true story of Francesca Cabrini (played by Cristiana Dell'Anna) fighting for equality and happiness. At the end of the 18th century, after arriving in New York, Italian nun Cabrini found that the local foreign ethnic groups suffered from government persecution, church indifference and social prejudice. Cabrini therefore decided to devote herself to helping these disadvantaged ethnic groups and vowed to fill everyone with hope. Cabrini not only confronted the local government and the religious order, but also had to deal with discrimination from the upper class of society. In the face of various arduous challenges, she never gave up, and overcame difficulties again and again with courage and tenacity to change the world.
