Plot:
A pair of twin brothers, Wang Mingcheng (Lau Ching Wan) and Wang Lijiu (Stephen Chow), were separated when they were young. Mingcheng lives with his mother, while Lijiu is adopted by the rude old man Lu Hui (Bryan Leung) and renamed Lu Xi. Cheng is a new director in the film industry, shrewd and daring; Xi is a well-known agent, cheerful and righteous. By chance, the two met and lived in the same house, but they did not know each other's true identity. Xi fell in love with his childhood friend Fang Jianan (Sammi Chan), who was Mingcheng's subordinate and had long admired Mingcheng. The two brothers even had an entangled love triangle. Lu Hui met Jianan's aunt Zhuo Ling, who was noble and well-educated. She belonged to two different worlds from Hui, but Ling admired his honesty and loyalty, and finally started a romantic relationship with him. The two brothers finally recognized each other, but there was a gap between them because of their different personalities. Later, Mingcheng started a business with a friend, but was cheated and got into trouble with the law. In the midst of adversity, he realized the preciousness of brotherhood, and worked together with others to devise a plan to rescue his brother.
