In the Middle Ages, alchemists paid a huge price to obtain the legendary wine of immortality from the hands of the devil. Anyone who drinks the wine of immortality will, as its name suggests, obtain a body that will never die. The wine of immortality brings hope, but it also triggers an unprecedented disaster. Because of selfishness and interests, people related to this wine disappear one after another. With the promulgation of the Prohibition, the whereabouts of the wine of immortality gradually became a mystery. However, a few years later, the news that it has returned to the arena was once again widely circulated, causing ripples in the underworld of New York. The young man Lofi (voiced by Yoshino Hiroyuki), the immortal alchemist Alova (voiced by Miyamoto Mitsuru), the reckless and carefree couple Isaac (voiced by Onosaka Masaya) and Havant (voiced by Aoki Shizuka), these people who have never had any intersection with each other, also came together to pursue the whereabouts of the wine of immortality.
