Josh (Ben Stiller) was originally a diligent building manager of a high-end apartment. For many years, he has led his staff to do their best to ensure the safety of the residents in the building and provide them with a comfortable life. And suddenly one day, Arthur (Alan Alda), an investment giant billionaire who lived on the top floor of the building, was taken away by the police on the charge that he had defrauded $2 billion from investors. Now Josh and his colleagues are at a loss because their pensions are also included. However, the 2 billion that was defrauded was hidden by Arthur in an unknown place, probably in Arthur's home.
