No one could have imagined that the once powerful Kingdom of Pars would be on the verge of collapse. The harassment of the barbarian Lucidania caused constant wars in the kingdom. At the same time, the unexpected betrayal of the captain of the cavalry caused the army of the Kingdom of Pars to suffer a disastrous defeat in the Battle of Atropatene. Arslan (voiced by Yusuke Kobayashi) is the prince of the Kingdom of Pars. Even though he is weak, kind and delicate, he still has to shoulder the responsibility of restoring his country. Under the protection of the strong and loyal Daron (voiced by Yoshimasa Hosoya), Arslan was spared from being captured. The two decided to go to Mount Basil to find the wise man Narsas (voiced by Daisuke Namikawa) who lived in seclusion there. Narsas and Arslan's father had an unpleasant past. Now, facing the pleading Arslan, will he put aside his past grudges and lend a hand?
