Adapted from the comic book series of the same name by British cartoonist Luke Pearson, it tells the adventures of the brave blue-haired girl Hilda. Hilda's home was originally in the wilderness where elves and giants roamed, and her pet was a little fox named Branch. But now Hilda is moving to the big city Trolberg, where she will meet new friends, embark on new adventures, and encounter strange and even dangerous mysterious creatures beyond her imagination.
