Plot:
The award-winning screenwriter of "August 31, I'm in Oslo", Eskifog, made his directorial debut this year with "Blindness", which swept major international film festivals with a stunning success, winning the Best European Film Award at the Berlin Film Festival, the Best Screenplay Award in the World Cinema Section at the Sundance Film Festival, and was nominated for seven awards at the Norwegian Academy Awards. Through a unique narrative structure and the charm of images, the film captures the inner fragility and paranoia of the blind heroine. Ingrid, who recently became blind, rarely leaves her house. Despite losing her sight, her mind and imagination are still clear and active, but fear makes her write another life script in her inner world. She often fantasizes that her husband who goes out to work sneaks home and observes her every move at home, or that she meets a single mother on the Internet and secretly dates her; Ingrid sees them chatting and laughing in a restaurant, and suddenly, the woman loses her sight... The husband, who noticed something was wrong, soon broke up with the woman, but she said she was pregnant and confronted him at the party with a big belly. Just as the woman in the ridiculous dress became the laughing stock of everyone, Ingrid seemed to walk into her own fantasy world, transformed into a woman in a dress and confronted her husband...
