The film is adapted from the novel of the same name written by the artist Matsubara Tano who is looking for a haunted house to rent based on his real experience. Kamenashi Kazuya plays the little-known artist Yamano, who is arranged by the producer to live in a haunted house due to the needs of the program. The story begins after he moves into the haunted house where a murder occurred.
