After Lori Strode, her daughter Karen and her granddaughter Alison managed to trap Mike Myers in a sea of fire, Mike escaped and continued his killing spree all the way to his hometown, Haddonfield. Lori and the other two could only prepare to fight Mike again. While encouraging the local people, they formed a volunteer team with the survivors of the first massacre and vowed to execute the murderer on the spot that night.
