Seven FBI members, including Sarah (Kathryn Morris), Nicole (Patricia Velasquez), and Lucas (Jonny Lee Miller), led by senior instructor Jack Harris (Val Kilmer), came to the small island of Fouriego not far from California. They will conduct exercises in the virtual town on the island and use reasoning to find out the serial killer nicknamed "Puppeteer". This group of agents are superb and pretentious. The trip to the isolated island is more like a boring and unbearable vacation for them. However, their arrogance did not last long. The seemingly ordinary reasoning exercise began to appear dead, all escape routes were cut off, and everyone was completely isolated on the island. The exercise then turned into a carefully planned killing game...
