A team of new FBI recruits, each with their own special reasons for joining, work their way through training in Quantico, Virginia. The story switches between their hidden past and their training in the present, with flashes to their near future, where one of the recruits turns out to be a sleeper terrorist responsible for the largest terrorist attack in the United States since 9/11.
