In the late 19th century, cruel landowner Seamus Laurent massacred a Romani tribe, bringing a curse upon his family and village. In the days that followed, the townspeople were haunted by nightmares, Seamus' son Edward went missing, and a boy was found murdered. Locals suspected wild animals, but visiting pathologist John McBride warned that something more sinister lurked in the woods.
