In ancient Rome, Roman soldier Clavius (Joseph Fiennes) and his companion Lucius (Tom Felton) were ordered to retrieve Jesus' body and attack Jesus' disciples to prove that Jesus' resurrection was a hoax. When he discovered that Jesus was resurrected, his faith was tested.
