Kubota plays the role of Tanimura Tsutomu, a secretary of a congressman who pursues "no merit and no fault", and Miyazawa plays the role of Kawashima Yumi, a young lady who suddenly inherits her father's mantle and has to start a political career. This is a social comedy about a pessimistic secretary who assists a young lady who knows nothing about elections to participate in election activities.
