The drama is adapted from the online comic of the same name. It tells the story of Jin Zhiyong, a model police academy student who upholds the law during the day, and transforms into a "Vigilante" at night to directly judge criminals who evade the law. He collides with and engages in fierce confrontations with people who approach him for different purposes.
