The film mainly tells the story of a mysterious stranger (Van Damme) who was sent to the hospital after a gunfight. A foreign gang blatantly chased him to the hospital, and his nurse was the only surviving witness of the pursuit. He had to face the interrogation of the FBI, as well as international conspiracy and revenge. The plot of this film is full of twists and turns, and the mystery is not revealed until the last bullet is fired.
