The plot tells the story of a young woman, Carly, who suddenly receives a notice that her mother in prison has fallen into a coma. Despite past conflicts between the two, Carly still decides to visit her. Unexpectedly, she comes into contact with an unknown supernatural force, awakening a malicious evil spirit and revealing the horrible root of the decades-long emotional rift between mother and daughter.
