Plot:
Chen Yaxie (played by Andy Lau), known as "Asia's fastest hand", was imprisoned for cheating. After serving his sentence, his partner Sam (played by Alan Tam) immediately asked his assistant Bobo (played by Rosamund Kwan) to greet him. As soon as Yaxie was freed, he and Sam performed a good play of playing the pig to eat the tiger. Soon, the two were entrusted by their friends to go to the United States to investigate the Japanese cheating gang. As a result, they successfully recovered the losses for the casino, which made the Japanese lose face. The Japanese side has since sought an opportunity to retaliate. Sam met Tong Keren (played by Idy Chan), a rich lady in the United States. Sam used many romantic plots to win the beauty and made his father-in-law accept him, but the price was to alienate Yaxie and other unrespectable friends. At the same time, the leaders of the Japanese cheating group, Miyamoto and his son, stepped up their revenge. In order to save Sam, Yaxie was abolished by the other party with his proud fast hand. Faced with Miyamoto's aggressiveness, Yaxie and Sam brothers finally joined forces again to fight the enemy.
