Plot:
Daidoji Yasushi (Kenichi Endo), who works for a small toy company, is a diligent and even somewhat aggrieved middle-aged man. He runs around for work all day and is not valued by those around him. But the late peach blossom period came at the age of 51. A 23-year-old girl from the same company, Hanazawa Miran (Renbutsu Misako), became familiar with him because of work and fell in love with him. Daidoji plucked up the courage to propose to her and got the girl's consent. One day later, Abao visited his father-in-law and mother-in-law with great confidence, and found out the shocking fact. It turned out that Miran's father, Hanazawa Kiichiro (Atsuro Watanabe), was not only the same age as him, but also an outstanding business elite in a large enterprise. Upon learning that his daughter brought back an inconspicuous old boyfriend, the narcissistic Kiichiro was almost mad.
