Call the Midwife series 10 begins on Sunday April 18 at 8pm, with filming about to begin on series 11, which will run until 2024. Series 12 and 13 have been commissioned by BBC Controller of Drama Piers Wenger and Chief Content Officer Charlotte Moore and will consist of two 8x60 episodes and two Christmas specials.
