The film is based on a true story, and revolves around two immigrant brothers, Sonny and Steven, who struggled to survive in the Green Dragon gang in Chinatown, New York in the 1980s. In the Green Dragon gang, the two brothers quickly rose to prominence and attracted the attention of the police. It describes an unheard-of true Green Dragon story.
