Dr. William Rush (Tom Ellis) is a visiting doctor, but he does not belong to any hospital. He is extremely picky about his patients and will never visit a patient unless he meets his requirements. He requires patients to pay a considerable amount of cash, and he holds a party after seeing the patient. He claims that he never makes any comments on these "dirty" customers, but he is not 100% "immune" to those ugly phenomena.
