In a remote snowy town in Turkey, winters are long and hard, with heavy snow blocking roads and isolating the town from the outside world. Rumor has it that bears have emerged from hibernation early and are scavenging for food. Although no one has actually seen them, the residents are worried that they will soon come to the town. Asli is a young nurse who was recently sent to the town to perform voluntary service. On a cold night, a man in the town disappeared, which gave rise to various rumors.
