Plot:
The story of New York police and prosecutors spans 15 years. It premiered in 1990 and is still watched by hundreds of millions of viewers. The biggest regret of the 55th Emmy Awards for Law & Order is that this popular TV series, which has been nominated for the Best Drama Series for 11 consecutive years, was unexpectedly not nominated this time, shattering the 12 nominations it originally wanted to create. This is a TV series that integrates police, criminals and courts. The crimes described in the film are basically based on real life and are often the headlines in recent newspapers. The program is divided into two parts. The first half introduces a series of investigation activities such as police researching the scene, interviewing witnesses, and interrogating suspects. The second half records in detail the later work of the case investigation. The case is handed over to the prosecutor, who weighs the case, prosecutes it, and goes to trial. The rhythm is tight and exciting. Since the bad guys may not be brought to justice in the end, the audience often sweats secretly when watching it. In addition to the 15 seasons that have been aired, this series also includes 3 special series, one is the Special Victims Unit series (6 seasons), one is the Criminal Intent series (4 seasons), and the Trial By Jury series. It can be seen how popular it is. It can be called the most magnificent series in the history of NBC and even in the history of American movies. "In the criminal justice systemmeijubar.net, the people are represented by two separate and equally important groups: the police, who investigate crime; and the district attorneys, who prosecute the offenders. These are the stories." This has been the opening line of Law & Order for 14 years, and it is also the opening line that I never get tired of listening to. Therefore, the Law & Order franchise (including the spin-off SVU) has both detectives The case handling process and the prosecutor's eloquent speeches in court, these two competing against each other have become the unique charm of Law&Order, which has established its status as the godfather of copdrama. However, every time I watch Law&Order recently, it seems like I am just waiting for the court scenes in the second half hour. It’s not that the case handling in the front is not exciting, but it is always when entering the prosecution process that the maturity, sophistication, and exquisiteness of the show are revealed; the different considerations of the two prosecutors, a man and a woman, young and old, sparked off interactions and dialectics, and the strategic guidelines of prosecution are often not just black-and-white judicial justice considerations, but involve the judicial system behind it and its narrow loopholes, and subtle political atmosphere. Law&Order is not just a series of bizarre cases fabricated in the studio, it always focuses on sensitive issues in society without hesitation.
