Yang Fenghuo, an anti-Japanese hero who had returned to the countryside, and Gong Wantang were sworn brothers, brothers and rivals in love. Song Yi, the instructor of Changshenglian, formulated a "gold-sharing plan" to defeat the bandits, while the bandit leader Gong Wantang proposed a "gold-sharing plan" to use the Communist Party to eliminate dissidents and unify Yimachuan.
