Junior high school student Kasuga Kyosuke was born into a superpower family. In order to avoid unnecessary trouble, the Kasuga family agreed to keep this secret, but because family members broke the rules again and again, they had to move frequently. This time, they came to a new city. Because of a falling red straw hat, Kyosuke met the beautiful long-haired girl Ayukawa Madoka, and then he had a good impression of this city.
