In the year 2067, Earth is on the brink of collapse. After years of destroying the environment and climate, humanity has paid a terrible price: forests, plants and wildlife are gone, and humanity will soon be extinct due to the drastic decrease in available oxygen. In this gray, dying world, people survive by breathing synthetic oxygen through masks, but even so, more and more people are beginning to feel unwell and sick. With no cure, the only hope humanity has is the future, in the hope that someone is still alive and can tell them how to save the planet. This is when Chronicorp, the world's leading oxygen supplier, takes the lead in this research project. One day, they receive a message from 400 years in the future: "Send Ethan Whyte."
