Plot:
Lao Zhao (played by Zhao Benshan) is a farmer in his fifties. He went south to Shenzhen to work. Because his good friend Lao Liu died, he had to carry his body back home for burial. He first disguised Lao Liu as a drunkard and got on a long-distance bus, but unfortunately met robbers (played by Guo Degang, etc.) on the way. He saved a car full of money, but the passengers drove him off the bus. Lao Zhao had to stop a car on the road and stay in a hotel at night, but his money was stolen. He went to someone else's (played by Wu Ma) funeral to cry and get a meal... Along the way, Lao Zhao met all kinds of Chinese people. When the goal was in sight, he fainted from exhaustion. After waking up in the hospital, the police told him that the body had to be cremated according to regulations. Lao Zhao took Lao Liu's ashes back to his hometown, but it had been demolished. On the door panel, there was a message from Lao Liu's son.
