In the 1960s, gambling was popular in Hong Kong. One of the factions was the "Eight Generals of the Thousand Gates", which was famous for its cheating skills. After a member, Long Si (played by Zheng Zeshi), made a big move, his senior brother Pang Feng (played by Qin Pei) and the Chinese detective Wen Xiong (played by Tang Zhenye) set up a trap to frame him and put him in jail because of the grudge between the same school and indirectly killed his younger brother.
